Hello, I'm Linda.

Gestalt therapy is based on the principle that a person becomes freer and stronger when they become aware of their emotions, needs, and internal processes „here and now.“ This approach helps a person become more effective, responsible, and true to themselves. Gestalt does not teach you how to live — it creates a safe space where you find answers yourself. Based on this experience, I would like to present my author's course „Feelings and Emotions,“ which will help people live better with their inner world, see the functions of emotions, and understand what our feelings are telling us in everyday life. The course is intended for anyone who wants to develop emotional resilience, reduce anxiety, and gain greater freedom in choice.

Individual sessions

A deep, personal process-oriented therapy where the focus is on you — your feelings, your needs, and your relationships. These sessions help you reconnect with yourself and live more consciously.

Group sessions

A safe space where self-discovery happens through interaction with others. Group therapy fosters empathy, awareness of boundaries, and honest communication.
