Hello, I'm Linda.

A few years ago, I discovered Gestalt therapy — a path that helped me better understand myself and, more importantly, support others in simplifying their lives. I work on developing emotional awareness, navigating anxiety, facing relationship challenges, self-exploration, life transitions, and personal growth — all through the dialogue of the “here and now.

Conversations

Individual sessions

A deep, personal process-oriented therapy where the focus is on you — your feelings, your needs, and your relationships. These sessions help you reconnect with yourself and live more consciously.

Group sessions

A safe space where self-discovery happens through interaction with others. Group therapy fosters empathy, awareness of boundaries, and honest communication.
